These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the lagiqq platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing lagiqq, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to hold an account on lagiqq. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Each player is entitled to one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively to verified Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) or registered e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay).
All bonuses are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses — voids all associated winnings and may result in account closure.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on lagiqq. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified.
By registering an account on lagiqq, you represent and warrant that:

To access betting and gaming services on lagiqq, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and email address. You are required to keep this information current at all times.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, lagiqq requires all Players to complete mandatory identity verification. You must submit a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — national identity card) or valid Indonesian passport, along with a recent selfie for liveness verification. KYC documents are reviewed within one (1) business hour during WIB operating hours (Monday to Sunday, 08:00–22:00 WIB).
Important: Providing false, forged, or misleading identification documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company will suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. lagiqq strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify lagiqq support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. The Company cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure.
lagiqq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels:
The payment method used for withdrawal must match the verified payment method registered to your Account. Third-party transfers — where a deposit or withdrawal involves a bank account or e-wallet not registered in the Player's verified name — are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed within the Player's Account dashboard. The Company reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time with prior notice published on the Platform.
Deposits are credited to a Player's Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed within three (3) minutes during peak operating hours. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows or in cases where additional verification is required. lagiqq is not responsible for delays attributable to the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
All transactions on lagiqq are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Company does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion fees applied by a Player's bank are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Anti-Money Laundering: lagiqq is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation regarding the source of a Player's funds at any time and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of such a review.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by lagiqq are subject to individual promotion terms, including specified wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game contributions, and time limits. The general terms in this clause apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement and a value of Rp 100.000 requires the Player to place total wagers of Rp 2.000.000 before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are published on each individual promotion page.
The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:
All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited without compensation.
lagiqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with 24 hours' notice where practical. Promotions tied to specific events — such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the Piala AFF, or seasonal events such as Idul Fitri or Ramadhan — will be subject to the terms published at the time the promotion is launched.
All wagers placed on lagiqq are subject to acceptance by the Company. lagiqq reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to wagers that exploit pricing errors, system faults, or manifest pricing mistakes. A wager is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued to the Player.
Sports betting markets on lagiqq cover a wide range of events including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton (All England, Indonesia Open, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup), MotoGP (Mandalika), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile). Football accumulator betting — including mix parlay (a multi-selection accumulator bet combining three or more markets) — is available subject to minimum odds per selection of 1.25 or greater unless stated otherwise.
Wagers on bandar bola (street bookmaker-style Asian Handicap) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules. Voor bola (goal handicap lines) are settled according to the official match result at the end of regular time, including any referee-added stoppage time, unless the market specifically states "including extra time".
All casino table games and slot titles available on lagiqq use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are independently audited. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds. Slot gacor (high-frequency payout slot) categories are labelled on the basis of published RTP data and are updated monthly.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server interruptions, disconnections, or software errors — the affected round will be voided and any wager placed during that round will be returned to the Player's Account balance in full. lagiqq accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions outside of its reasonable control.
Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours of its original scheduled start time, or declared void by the relevant governing body, all related open bets will be voided and the original stake returned to the Player. In the case of mix parlay accumulators containing a voided selection, the void leg is removed and the accumulator is recalculated at the remaining odds.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lagiqq makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform beyond those required by law.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by lagiqq is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
lagiqq processes personal data solely for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized promotional content (where consented to). Your data is never sold to third parties. All personal data is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.
lagiqq reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — including changes to eligibility requirements, withdrawal limits, or bonus policies — will be communicated to registered Players via email at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter a Player's substantive rights) may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange withdrawal of your balance and closure of your Account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation. In respect of matters relating to Player conduct, identity verification, and payment processing within Indonesia, these terms are interpreted with reference to applicable Indonesian regulatory standards.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through lagiqq's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Players retain the right to seek emergency relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
